I've been working really hard at both my jobs. When I'm not teaching, I'm visualizing teaching, and trying to tone up my lesson plans. Also, I'm organizing my paperwork so that it doesn't get the best of me. I've also made sure that I am RARA (see previous post) with my co-workers. I took last weekend off from the group home, but I'm back tonight. It's only been two weeks, but it's felt like a month or two. It felt really good to be off last weekend.
Just got my C-pap machine this morning! Woohoo! It's been a long, arduous six-month long process, but I finally get to:
decrease my chances for heart disease
decrease my risk for an enlarged heart or enlarged lungs
decrease my chances to get depression, mood swings, etc.
significantly decrease or lose my chronic fatigue syndrome
lose some fuckin' weight!
not snore like a hippopotamus.
Things are looking up.
Been very forgetful lately. I will finally be getting my very own C-pap machine tomorrow, so let's hope this delays the journey towards my inevitable bout with friggin' alzheimer's.
