lots of changes since my last post:
got divorced
kids are growing up and adjusting well
both gals are now going to preschool
sold the house
moved in with parents, and moved again into a loft in oakland
working 7 days a week, 60 hours
lost 20 lbs.
dogs have been having a rough go at it, but doing well
playing more ball
hiking
biking
boxing
loving life
